Insurance Provider and Cancellations
If you’re covered by BUPA, AXA, Allianz, Aviva, WPA or Vitality, please have your authorisation and membership number ready before booking. To book with ‘insurance’, select an Initial Appointment as usual and enter your authorisation and membership number in the ‘Extra Info’ section.
Be aware of any policy excess, as this must be paid directly to us on the day of your appointment before treatment can begin otherwise you may be liable for the full cost of the appointment.
If we don’t have your authorisation number, you may be billed at the time of your appointment.
By booking, you agree to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full appointment fee.
